Your account is valid for 1 full year from the date of purchase. By using citizenshipsupport.ca, you are responsible for all activities that occur within your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
No warranties of any kind are implied with respect to the use of citizenshipsupport.ca.
We do not claim that the use of our services will meet your requirements, will be accurate, or will be uninterrupted or error free. We do not guarantee that our questions will exactly match the questions during your official citizenship test and we do not guarantee that you will pass your official citizenship test. By using this site, you agree that the use of our material is for practice purpose only and does not guarantee that you will become a Canadian citizen.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
If you fail the official test, and if you have completed our entire training before your official test date (all chapters completed and 100% of the simulation tests completed), you will have to scan the test failure notice given to you by Citizenship and Immigration Canada and email it to us. Upon receiving this notice, and upon verifying your completion of the training, we will refund your purchase ($39 + taxes).
This refund policy is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, while your account is open and valid with us.
